      This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers with product questions/problems, orderinquiries/placing orders, and other customer related questions. Works as a team with co-workers andmanager/supervisors to ensure quality customer service is given to our customers in an ever changingwork environment by performing the following duties.Responsibilities:-Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting informationabout other products and services-Opens customer accounts by recording account information in CRM/database software.-Maintains customer records by updating account information in CRM/database software.-Place order via Phone, Mail, E-mail, or chat.-Maintains sales goals by up/cross selling products-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the causeof the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expeditingcorrection or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Via all service channels (case, email,mail, chat, and phone)Working hours: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PMSkills:LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectivelybefore groups of customers or employees of the organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where onlylimited standardization exists.
