      Seeking a Proposal Writer to respond to RFP's ranging from simple to complex relating to both Professional Services and Information Technology Offerings to provide assistance and leadership in the development, editing, review and/or revision of Federal proposals and solicitation responses. The RFP Response writer will gather information from RFPs, documentation, and internal subject matter experts, write a draft response, coordinate with third party providers, obtain approvals, and finally submit the proposal and supporting documents to the requester. The ideal candidate has a strong proposal and business background, along with two or more years of experience responding to RFPs from federal, state, and local entities. The ideal candidate should have good project management skills to ensure that proposals are submitted accurately, thoroughly, and on time. Experience with State and local government entities is a plus.Responsibilities:Determine proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within the RFPs.Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information and coordinating with key subject matter experts and other internal contributors for additional information as needed.Produce quality responses to RFPs by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.Establish priorities and target dates to ensure that the proposals are submitted on time.Being a key contributor proposal reviews to include reviewing and incorporating team member feedback and edits.Create the outline, building templates, desktop publishing and ensuring the security and integrity of all proposal documents.Final production and assembly of all proposal documents, including tabs, title pages, covers, etc.; Obtain approvals and submit completed proposal to the requester. Help us exceed the "basic compliance requirements??? to truly set our company apart from the pack in proposal response content and presentation.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:Positive attitude, proactive, and flexible.Self-directed with the ability to assist, guide, and strengthen other team members and contributions.Excellence in clear and professional Oral and Written Communication that can "speak" to the customer.Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Detail oriented and possession of high levels of accuracy.Good judgment and problem-solving skills.High Professionalism, High Integrity, and Confidentiality.Coachable and Adaptable.Education:BachelorsExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:Authorized to work in the US.Must have minimum three (3) years of Federal proposal response (writing, editing, formatting, leadership during review stages).3-5 contract wins with key individual contributions.Experience with multi-volume submissions.Associates Degree in English or Communications OR 5 years of Federal Proposal Response.Strong contracting strategy mindset - must be able to access situation, understand customer request, collect data, and deliver well thought out recommendations.Candidate must have Excellent writing, organizational, communication and planning skillsExperience with GovWin, FPDS, beta.SAM, and other government and other industry intelligence platforms.Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams,) Adobe Acrobat.
