Qualified candidates should have 5 years' experience in millwright/industrial agriculture project management.Salary starts at $70k+ w/10-20% anticipated incentive Responsibilities:- Analyze plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for industrial agriculture projects.- Review data to determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists- Compute cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes, such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors, and determine cost effectiveness- Manage multiple phases of the project including the preconstruction and construction process- Work directly with management and superintendents to ensure project is progressing according to schedule and budget- Meet with clients and prepare drawings and proposals to meet client needs- Oversee projects from repair to $12M.
