      Spherion has partnered with a fast paced heathcare orgnaization seeking an experienced Learning Technology Supervisor to support their team. This position will be responsible for the design and development of learning technology solutions. The Learning Technology Supervisor will apply creative approaches and instructional methodologies for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning content (e.g., custom eLearning, video, simulation). This position will be part of the company University Learning & Development team, partnering with the medical practice to provide learning technology solutions that favorably impact high quality patient care and financial metrics.
