We are seeking out a highly driven and knowledgeable Manufacturing Supervisor for their Mankato facility. This is a direct hire opportunity.Mon-Thursday 5:00AM-3:00PMCurrent Hiring Bonus of $7,500Position Summary: Responsible for managing the CNC machinist, Welders, and Fabricators, with specific focus on on-time delivery and compliance with all company safety, quality, and quantity policies.Responsibilities:Training and handling of employees and their issues through policies and proceduresFollow all personnel safety protocols and be a champion of safetySupervises the fabrication and CNC team membersReviews drawings and specifications of a particular product and plan the production process.Problem solve and make decisions on ways to decrease cycle times and efficiency of set upsPerform the machining operations, watch for problems in the production process, and check the accuracy of the finished piece against drawings using calibrated measuring toolsStay current on machining technology by learning new techniques and learn how to operate new machinesWork as a team in the machine shop with tooling, inspection and other production and assembly departmentsSafely run and maintain machines as neededManage and Maintain a Clean Work EnvironmentAssist in machine maintenance and repairHelp machine operators with problem solving, adjustments, and setupsPartner with different departments, including but not limited to management, senior management, quality, maintenance, logistics, engineering, sales, and assemblyResponsible for CNC production Team Performancea.
