      Focusing on sales and service, a Personal Banker provides exceptional in-branch customer service by handling the customer's needs. This may include opening accounts, processing teller transactions, referral generation, sales & service, account maintenance, and branch balancing responsibilities. Utilizing a needs-based selling approach, this position provides a solution based on the customer's needs. Personal Bankers build relationships with customers based on trust and recommending financial solutions based on each customer's goals and needs.
