      We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and hard working individual to support the day-to-day activities in the HR department at one of our clients in the Ogden BDO. Willing to train the right individuals, but prior work experience (at least one year in an HR role or junior HR role) is a must!This is a fast paced work environment and the right candidate is somebody who can react quickly and appropriately under pressure and be able and willing to go above and beyond to assist the HR director. Time management and organizational skills are a definite must and positivity and energy is a great plus for this job!Responsibilities:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-Publish job ads on career pages-Schedule and assist in interviews-Maintain employee records (e.g. vacation and sick leaves)-Prepare compensation and attendance spreadsheets-Screen resumes and job applications-Keep updated internal databases with new hires' data and assist in planning New Hire Orientations-Be a knowledgeable source for company policies-Address employees' concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner-Prepare reports for others in HR department and be in constant and concise communication with othersWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:Willingness to learn and go above and beyond to assist the Human Resource team is a definite!Time management skills, organizational skills, prior use of HRMS is a definite perk, but must be proficient in MS OfficeHelpfulness and attention to detail will allow you to go far in this rolePreparedness for anything!Education:No Degree RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Requirements:-Work experience (minimum 1 year) as an HR Clerk, HR officer, or similar junior role in Human Resources-Good understanding of HR operations including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, training, and compensation-Basic knowledge and understanding of labor legislation-Great understanding and usage of MS Office (prior utilization of HRMS is a plus!)-Organizational and time management skills are a must for this role**(Bachelors in Science in Human Resources or relevant field is a plus!)
