        The financial industry never stops working; would you like to join a dynamic team responsible for creating financial and credit solutions?We are HIRING IMMEDIATELY!Responsibilities:The Production Operator on the production floor:* Manually removes cards and paper from an envelope in order to unfold, refolds, and re-insert the cards and paper into a different envelope.* Performs set-up and operation of production equipment and/or manually processes transactions within specific timeframes to meet production deadlines.* Performs operator level equipment maintenance and adjustments.* Ensures quality checks are performed as required throughout the day.* Records and tracks damaged pieces during production runs and accurately completes all other documentation and/or production logs.* Works safely and maintains a clean work area.* Keeps work area stocked with material.* Meets department production and quality goals.We have Day, Swing and Graveyard positions available. Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays. Some flexibility with start and end time is required as work volumes change. A Production Operator, must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail is critical and around noise and dust produced by paper and equipment. A person in this position will be standing and walking throughout their shift and must have the ability to lift or move 35 to 50 lbs. throughout the day.Working hours: 6:00 AM - 1:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:We focus on a Teamwork environment, so candidates should have good verbal communication skills. We maintain production documentation, so candidates should have good written communication skills, as well as basic math, computer and problem solving skills.Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:A high-school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
