Spherion is looking for an Apprentice Machine Operator/Welder in the Saltsburg Area! This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is needed! Duties: Operate welding and T-bolt V-band machines These machines weld and assemble components to completed assembly. They automatically weld together parts of fabricated metal products! Operators select and identify and move parts (bands, screws, housings, springs, etc.) as required Must be able to work all 3 shifts-Union after 90 days $15.20 & Up Temp to Hire! If hired on permanently this is a Union position with potential to make over $27/hr in 2 years. We are currently hiring for Welders in Montgomery. Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weld able material by applying appropriate welding techniques. Interprets blueprints, specifications and diagrams to determine appropriate welding process. Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness.
