Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspection of disposables to ensure product quality.
Document inspections in the Device History Record, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Assist with nonconformance investigations.
Maintain a trained status for and comply with all relevant aspects of the Quality Management System to ensure product and regulatory compliance.
Understand and adhere to the company's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policy.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Experience with medical device QC inspection or assembly.
Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Experience in the medical device industry.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of industry experience in quality control.
Basic knowledge of ISO13485:2016.
Experience using measurement instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, vision equipment, microscopes, and flow meters.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
