Proven experience of working as a Quality Manager at senior level in a multi-site manufacturing business.Demonstrable evidence of the ability to work under own initiative to achieve functional and departmental tasks whilst also liaising effectively with other management colleagues.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.Good analytical, numerical, problem solving, planning, documentation and record keeping skills. Excellent time management with proven ability to consistently meet deadlines by planning workload accordingly.Proven oral, written, and presentational communication skills, evidencing an ability to influence stake holders and communicate confidently with external customers and senior managers.Educated to degree level in a business, management or other related discipline or career qualified and able to evidence demonstrable experience.Competent and confident user of MS Windows and Office packages with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheet proficiency. Ability to manage the ambiguity associated with rapid business growth and organizational change in a fluid manufacturing business environment.Able to obtain security clearance in accordance with customer requirements. A full, clean current driving license is essential.
