The Quality Control Technician's responsibilities will be performing routine inspections, measurements, and documentation to ensure that materials, components, and finished products meet quality standards and specifications. This position supports quality assurance activities on the production floor and helps maintain compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Use basic measurement tools such as rulers, calipers, and micrometers.
Record inspection results accurately and maintain proper documentation.
Identify and report nonconforming materials or deviations from specifications.
Assist in maintaining inspection equipment and ensuring it is calibrated.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
Communicate inspection results to supervisors and production teams.
Support general quality improvement and housekeeping efforts.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or coursework in quality, manufacturing, or science is a plus.
Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring techniques.
Ability to read and interpret simple drawings or specifications.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
May be exposed to temperature-controlled rooms and high-voltage equipment.
Use of PPE (e.g., gloves, safety glasses) required.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality-related role.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping.
