Spherion Naples is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a busy and fast-paced real estate law firm.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee real estate transactions, including residential purchase and sale transactions and financing transactions.

Prepare and review real estate contracts, title insurance documents, surveys, and other related closing documents.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the real estate closing process from start to finish.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with attorneys, clients, lenders, and outside organizations.
Provide superior customer service to all parties involved in transactions.
Adapt to flexible hours and overtime as required to meet business needs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of Qualia is a plus, it is not required.
Experience with real estate closing software is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of real estate paralegal experience is required.
Significant experience and familiarity with real estate contracts, title insurance, surveys, and real estate closing processes.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, electronic signature platforms, and PDF modification software.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Exceptional work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ability to learn quickly and stay focused under pressure.
A desire to take ownership and pride in your work, with a long-term commitment to growth with the firm.
