Greet all visitors, customers, and vendors professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.Answer incoming phone calls promptly, route calls appropriately, and take accurate messages.Monitor and respond to general company emails or inquiries.Maintain front desk area, lobby, and conference rooms in a clean and professional manner.Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; prepare outgoing mail and shipments.Support administrative departments with filing, document preparation, data entry, and scheduling as needed.Assist with scanning, copying, and printing documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and service reports.Manage sign-in/sign-out logs for visitors, vendors, and service customers.Order and stock office supplies, coffee, water, and other front office necessities.Support HR and Accounting with onboarding materials and title paperwork.Coordinate with the Sales & Service Department to ensure visitors, drivers or clients are directed to the appropriate personnel.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company, customer, and employee information.
