Job Description:

• Receptionist duties
• Answer phones. 
• Provide information to the general public, customers, visitors and potential employees. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer, and forward calls
• Take messages, or schedule appointments.
• Perform administrative support tasks.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• File and maintain records.
• The receptionist will collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail.
