This full-time position is primarily office-based to support our collaborative, relationship-driven environment, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per month.

What You'll Do:

• Source & Evaluate: Recruit, interview, and assess candidates for various roles across multiple industries. Build talent pipelines via internal databases, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Client Partnership: Collaborate with clients to determine acquisition objectives, write job descriptions, and share market insights.
• Candidate Support: Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding, providing coaching and celebrating their success.
• Account Management: Maintain regular client communication, support employees on assignment, and resolve ongoing issues.
• Compliance & Admin: Complete background checks, employment verifications, skills assessments, and maintain accurate internal records.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior recruiting or business development experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• Exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communication skills.
• Results-oriented, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Quick to learn new technology and recruiting tools.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
