As a Recruiter, you are the bridge between our clients and our workforce. Your day will include:

Talent Acquisition: Recruit, interview, and make hiring decisions for both flexible and direct-hire candidates.
Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and engage in telemarketing/sales to expand our client base.
Account Management: Determine specific client needs and place appropriately skilled employees to ensure total satisfaction.
Employee Management: Conduct new-hire orientations and provide coaching or corrective action to employees regarding performance and behavior.
Relationship Building: Maintain consistent communication with established clients to promote retention and long-term partnerships.
Required Skills & Attributes
Sales-Minded: You must be comfortable with business development and meeting service expectations for a variety of industries.
Communication Pro: Exceptional interpersonal skills—whether in person, on the phone, or via email.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite) and experienced in using CRMs or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Highly Organized: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a sharp eye for detail.
Professionalism: You represent the Spherion brand to the Mankato community every day.
Qualifications
Experience: A proven track record in Customer Service, Sales, or Retail Management is a must.
Mindset: A "can-do" attitude and a great sense of humor (we work hard, but we like to have fun!).
Problem Solver: You are a creative thinker who can find solutions in a tight labor market.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in HR, Communications, or Business is a plus.
