Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities of a Regional Business Development Manager
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed growth goals.
  • Identify and secure new B2B opportunities across target industries.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and trade associations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align regional efforts with companywide objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline development, client feedback, and market trends.

  Education: Bachelor Degree

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Management or related discipline.

  Experience: 60 months

  • The ideal manager for the region will have shown progressive growth in their Business Development roles. 
  • Experience may be considered in place of education.

  Skills:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with discipline and accountability.
  • Knowledge of Lebanon, Lancaster, York, and Adams county business landscapes a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
