The specialist plays a vital role in supporting efficient laboratory operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the integrity of patient records while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of patient registration, medical office, laboratory, or healthcare administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with pathology, dermatology, or laboratory services highly desirable.
- Experience verifying insurance eligibility and obtaining prior authorizations preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with EMR, practice management systems, Microsoft Office, and laboratory information systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
