Responsibilities:
Ensure thorough training of all technicians in IICRC requirements and federal protocols for lead and asbestos.
Guarantee the safety of employees and customers throughout every restoration project.
Oversee the care, storage, and delivery of customers' personal property.
Assign new projects to teams with a sense of urgency, selecting the best-qualified technicians for each job.
Address and resolve issues or complaints from technicians, property owners, or insurance professionals.
Manage all required department documentation to meet expectations from TPAs, PDRI, and insurance carriers.
Maintain department compliance with all IICRC, PDRI, TPA, and governmental regulations.
Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and tracking of all departmental equipment and vehicles.
Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders, including customers, insurance professionals, lawyers, and employees.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the department and the company.
Manage job completions to meet company margin metrics and sales goals.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with insurance professionals.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
IICRC certification in Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT) or other related disciplines.
Experience working with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance carrier protocols.
Familiarity with financial metrics such as job margins and sales goals.
Experience in creating and implementing departmental process improvements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the restoration or emergency services industry.
Knowledge of fire and smoke damage restoration processes.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and federal regulations related to lead, asbestos, and hazardous materials.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
Proficiency in project management software and documentation procedures.
