We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial-minded Store Manager to take the reins of our client's furniture, flooring, and mattress store. In this role, you'll manage daily operations and boost sales with a high degree of autonomy, all while contributing to our mission of community revitalization.

Manage all store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising.
Recruit, train, and supervise part-time or volunteer team members as needed.
Maintain accurate point-of-sale and transaction records.
Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer concerns.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase store traffic.
Develop monthly sales goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
Monitor expenses, manage vendor relationships, and oversee inventory levels.
Ensure a consistently clean, organized, and safe store environment.

Skills:
Experience in furniture, home goods, or flooring retail.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in retail or small business management.
