As the Revenue Manager, you will lead the closing function and drive financial performance:Financial & Strategic Management:Build strategic, tactical, business, organizational, and financial plans.Meet monthly closing and revenue goals.Build projections, budgets, and organization structures, reporting on and adjusting them as needed.Manage the department within budget and to meet projections.Identify and implement products from third-party partners into the closing sales process.Team Leadership & Development:Manage Closing Advocates and other team members , who coordinate all aspects of closing (finance, inspection, seller ownership doc review, scheduling, funding) once a unit is under contract.Identify, hire, and manage Closing Services team members.Build and implement training curriculum for the team.Lead the team to complete each transaction fully and in a timely manner.Embrace, coach, and evangelize company values and principles.Compliance & Process Excellence:Document processes and policies for the department, insuring strict adherence to these guidelines.Build and maintain guidelines articulating the titling, tax, contractual, and regulatory requirements across all products sold for all 50 states and each province of Canada.Implement and manage a Quality Assurance (QA) process that meets all regulatory and customer satisfaction requirements.Customer Satisfaction & Revenue Generation:Meet customer satisfaction goals and mitigate concerns of dissatisfied customers by following up daily.Work with the marketing team to build collateral to promote and/or educate customers about closing services.Manage the delivery of ancillary sales.
7-10 years
Experience in management at a car dealership.Experience or deep understanding of financing at a car dealership.Understanding of titling paperwork requirements, notary, sales, customer service, and financing/lending/banking.
Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years' experience in sales or product delivery.Demonstrated management experience.Deep understanding of core product areas, contractual law, and regulatory requirements.Must be self-directed with a high level of reasoning and problem-solving ability related to information structure/analysis, communication tactics, and consumer-facing problem solving.Proficiency in the Google productivity suite, process mapping and design tools, and dev tools.Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead group planning, design, and process improvement sessions.
