Assisting manager with daily reports to AD Director and Director of Special Projects, Accounting and Inventory Specialist in a timely manner.5. Reporting Donor information to Donor Relations and Inventor Specialist in a timely manner.6. Providing excellent customer service and support to staff and agencies.7. Maintain vehicle mileage logs.8. Assist Manager in providing direction to ensure that order pullers are properly filling out paperwork and providing great customer service.9. Handling check is just doing the logs and mailing to Columbia 10. Reminder emails and calls to the Advisory committee 11.
