      Consumer Loan Servicing Manger will evaluate and direct assigned staff members of the Credit Administration Department. Work with all levels of Employees, Loan Officers, and Senior Management to ensure policies and procedures are met while maintaining quality, efficient, working relationships.Responsibilities:-Responsible for overseeing assigned staff members of Credit Admin, as necessitated by both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives established by Senior Management.-Effectively communicate relevant loan operation related information to Credit Admin Manager and Senior Management Team.-Develop, plan and implement loan operation and processing goals, programs and procedures to improve productivity in consumer loan servicing. -Determine proactive solutions to consumer loan servicing issues and problems.-Research, resolve, and respond to member disputes, including loan recast requests. Appraise performance and provide recommendations for staff promotion and termination, as appropriate. Train staff for system enhancements and procedure changes. -Simultaneously hold employees accountable to their job descriptions, conduct performance reviews and provide guidance, training, and direction to staff in developing and implementing plans and objections. -Receive and review monthly Departmental time cards prior to submitting to HR. -Conducts testing on software releases and upgrades to minimize errors and problems following implementation.
