        Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance, is currently recruiting for a Payment Services Rep. From the comfort of your own home, you will be assisting customers with processing payments through various electronic methods, complying with regulatory guidelines and proper handling of sensitive and confidential customer financial information. This is a temporary assignment scheduled to last for 3 months with possible extension. Must have open availability between Saturday - Friday from 7am - 7:30pm CST. Interactions may occur through various customer contact channels such as phone, email, chat, and/or social media platforms2. Contacts customers or responds to voicemails as needed.3. Escalates calls as needed or contacts mentor for assistance to provide one-call resolution.4. Supports other call centers during high call volumes.5. Proactively works to provides customers with a high-touch customer experience for all interactions and programs.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:1. Ability to type 30wpm2. Ability to work in a remote. at home setting3. Call Center experience4. Ability to communicate effectively5. Insurance knowledge preferredEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:1. Customer service experience over the phone2. Experience collecting payments over the phone3.
