Employees of this position prepare the materials, operate the laminator to join them together, and stock them in the warehouse area to be used in filter manufacturing processes.The Machine Operator will support our air filter manufacturing division by operating laminating machinery in a production environment. Daily responsibilities include reviewing work orders specifications to identify the correct raw materials, adjusting laminating equipment in conjunction with material change-overs, utilizing measurement tools to ensure proper machine set-up, and ensuring quality guidelines are met for the finished product.In order for someone to be successful in this position, they must be precise and enjoy working at a steady, consistent pace for a long period of time. This individual should be task-oriented with high attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving. Processes and policies must be followed very closely with little room for error.
