      The Downline Operator operates, monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots all down line equipment for ULF operations. Tests, communicates results, and documents results of quality testing of all ULF product to assure quality requirements are met. Transfers packaged materials to maintain warehouse FIFO protocols and assists in loading trucks with product for transport to client. Reports any potential discrepant material to Team Leader and provides fiber properties and characteristics for process adjustments to be made. Works to assure maximized quality and safety during operations.       The Downline Operator operates, monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots all down line equipment for ULF operations. Tests, communicates results, and documents results of quality testing of all ULF product to assure quality requirements are met. Transfers packaged materials to maintain warehouse FIFO protocols and assists in loading trucks with product for transport to client. Reports any potential discrepant material to Team Leader and provides fiber properties and characteristics for process adjustments to be made. Works to assure maximized quality and safety during operations. Notifies Team Leader to any equipment, quality, or operational complications needing resolution and takes corrective actions within scope of the Downline Operator role.*Swing Shift Schedule - 12 hour shifts - Must be available to work days and nights - Must be available to work weekends*Responsibilities:- Place bags on bagger equipment snouts to assure proper packaging- Assure proper bag labeling and placement- Maintain inkjet label printer and stretch wrapping equipment- Demonstrate competency in forklift safe operation- Assist in line clean out to assure optimized airflow through transport lines- Maintain consistent bag weights per product specification between bagger equipment- Assign programs and troubleshoot bag placing robot as required to assure smooth operation in the downline area- Notes any process abnormalities and notifies Team Leader to initiate corrective action- Increase technical aptitude of the fiberglass manufacture process to increase capabilities and understanding of operation- Transfer packaged product from operations floor to warehouse throughout operations- Assures clean and orderly housekeeping in all assigned areas at all timesWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:- Must be able to read, write, and speak English- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions- Must possess strong communication skills- Must have the ability to multi-task- Must work well in team environment- Must have the ability to execute basic mathematical calculations- Must have problem solving skills- Must demonstrate initiative and a quality work ethic- Must be able to work independentlyEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and national background check- Related experience and/or industrial training in an industrial environment- Must be able to work in temperature extremes- Steel Toe Boots required- Must be able to lift/carry/move up to 50 pounds- Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality- Must be able to work 12 hours shifts- Must be able to work days and nights (swing shift)- Must be able to work weekends Tired of always applying online?
