Now hiring Utility Workers who are essentially assisting the Machine OperatorsUtility Workers are responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. This position will also load and move material and operate packaging equipment and will be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.Requires:- Basic mathematical skills - Basic computer knowledge & skillsEmployees are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production departmentResponsibilities:- Inspect finished products - Discard defective bottles & report poor quality- Prepare materials to support production line changeovers- Monitor conveyors - notify machine operator of any jams on the line- Operate bagger & de-bagging machines & bottle decoration or silkscreen equipment- Assemble boxes & cartons & hand-pack materials- Load/Unload materials from trucksWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:Requires:- Basic mathematical skills - Basic computer knowledge & skillsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- 1 - 3+ years' experience in a warehouse and machine operation setting - High School Diploma or G.E.D.
