Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and are expected to remain on-task during their shift-no smoke breaks permitted.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Write accurate customer tickets for dry cleaning and garment drop-offs
Operate the cash register, handle payments, and provide receipts
Stock supplies and maintain organized work and storage areas
Keep the store clean and presentable at all times (sweeping, wiping surfaces, etc.)
Handle customer garments with care and attention to detail
Communicate clearly with customers about pick-up times, services, and special instructions
Follow all workplace policies, including no smoke breaks during shifts
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or dry cleaning/laundry industry
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Education:
High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Basic math skills for handling cash and making change
Attention to detail when writing customer tickets and handling garments
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
