As a Sales Representative, you'll build relationships with customers, manage leads from inquiry to closing, and ensure an exceptional buying experience that reflects their commitment to quality and service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and online leads with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Understand and communicate detailed product specifications, features, and benefits of Trailers.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable trailer models and accessories.
Prepare price quotes, financing options, and sales contracts accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a strong knowledge of inventory, new products, and market trends.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and community outreach activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the company???s CRM system.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge of trailer types, towing, or related mechanical/equipment industries.
Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environments.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, equipment, or trailer sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency with computers, email, and CRM software.
Valid driver???s license and reliable transportation.
