Responsibilities:
Generate new business through in-person visits, phone calls, email outreach, and networking
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, homeowners, and builders
Conduct product presentations and educate clients on the benefits of our granite, marble, and quartz selections
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, and follow up consistently to close sales
Collaborate with the warehouse and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with granite, marble, or quartz products a strong plus
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the building materials, stone, construction, or home improvement industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor
Must be able to work Saturdays
Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively
