Responsibilities:
- Engage with sellers in the marketplace onboarding process.

- Conduct high-volume interactions (phone and email) with sellers to gather necessary information.
- Create internal cases to facilitate the onboarding journey for our partners.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high levels of organization and accuracy while managing customer interactions and cases.
- Identify trends and escalate complex situations for resolution.
- Utilize data and metrics to drive business solutions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous seller onboarding experience is preferred but not required.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, tech, or online support/sales enablement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong focus on delivering accurate data outputs.
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and JIRA.
- Adaptability to change and the ability to make independent decisions in ambiguous situations.
