Responsibilities:
Engagement Management: Plan, budget, schedule, and execute assigned client engagements from start to finish.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, related reports, and comprehensive work papers.
Technical Research: Analyze and report on evolving accounting, auditing, and regulatory issues.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor engagement staff and interns to support their professional growth.
Collaboration: Partner closely with managers and principals to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Client & Peer Relations: Cultivate strong client relationships and participate in networking activities to maintain contact with business peers.
Travel: Travel up to 15% of the year, depending on client needs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Accounting required; Master?s of Accounting is highly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience within a public accounting firm.
Credentials: CPA license active or currently CPA-eligible.
Project Management: A skilled multi-tasker capable of managing multiple engagements and competing priorities without sacrificing quality.
Analytical Skills: Strong research, analytical, and audit project management capabilities.
