Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager is a critical role responsible for the full lifecycle oversight and delivery of multiple task orders on Architecture & Engineering Indefinite Duration, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts within the government sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the scoping, pricing, and final delivery of all assigned task orders.
Implementing and managing quality control protocols.
Executing resource scheduling and management for task orders.
Successfully leading multi-disciplinary A/E design teams, including collaboration with subcontractors.
Acting as the primary point of contact for contracts awarded by various United States Federal Government agencies, such as those involved in military and veteran facilities.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
5+ years experience working specifically on A/E design contracts for major federal government entities (e.g., military construction, general services, or veterans' affairs agencies).
Ability to travel up to 25% for project and client meetings.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
10+ Years experience managing A/E IDIQ design projects and task orders.
10+ years experience working and leading contracts for the United States federal government/Department of Defense (DOD).
Required License/Certification (one of the following): Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), Construction Manager, or Project Management Professional (PMP).
5+ years experience working specifically on A/E design contracts for major federal government entities (e.g., military construction, general services, or veterans' affairs agencies).
Bachelor's Degree, required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (multi-task).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
