Spherion Staffing has a Service Coordinator position available for a local client. The Service Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for all service requests via telephone and email. This position will assign service work orders to technical support staff, maintain an accurate database and prepare completed work orders for invoicing. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of experience with administrative and accounting support duties; computer proficiency and preferably have QuickBooks experience.

Pay $18-24/hour DOE
Schedule:
7am-5pm on Mondays
8am-5pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays
7am - 3pm on Fridays
Responsibilities:
-Prompt professional answering of phones and assisting walk-in customers
-Complete service tickets; dispatch service tickets to the service technicians
-Handle service inquiries via web or phone
-Receive and handle customer concerns and discover appropriate solutions
-Enter all service information into QuickBooks
-Accounts Receivable management
-Prepare proposals from existing templates
-General administrative duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
