Our client is a dynamic organization searching for a Service Desk Technician to be the front line of IT support. This is a crucial role where your technical skills and customer service chops will keep our systems running smoothly and users happy. Forget just following the rules-we need a someone who can think on their feet, troubleshoot anything thrown their way, and even create new solutions when the standard ones fail.
Responsibilities:
Solving Tech Mysteries: Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and more.
Being a Guru: Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt resolutions and a patient ear.
Building a Better Way: Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to empower users and your teammates.
Staying Sharp: Keep up with the latest tech trends and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a seamless operation.
Thinking Outside the Box: We're looking for someone who can craft non-standard solutions when needed and even perform workflow analysis to make things better for everyone.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED
At least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar IT support role.
A valid Florida Driver's License (for occasional travel).
A CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or an equivalent approved cert) within your first year.
Deep knowledge of Windows/Apple OS, Microsoft 365, and experience with support desk platforms.
An understanding of ITIL or COBIT principles is a major plus!
