      Melbourne Spherion office is looking for a Production Control Coordinator. This is a technical position.Responsibilities:-Work with customers and sales regarding inquiries of the company's products.. -Interpret technical customer requirements. -Correspond with the customer to determine details of requirements and communicate internally with engineering.. -Track progress of projects, report status and act as customer liaison.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AMSkills:-Process orders received from customers and sales to include standard and special order.-Verify information, check conditions of sales, shipping and handling instructions.-Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met. -Schedule activities with production departments. -Track the progress of work and report status to customer. -Verify and extend pricing, process customer orders. -Input orders into customer computer database and set-up job folders. - Prepare billing information, verifying final pricing and quantities.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:High School diploma with two years of customer service/production experience working with government contracts in a technical and aerospace environment Please reply to job posting or directly to recruiter: karenlepish@spherion.comSpherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
