Responsibilities:

• Receive in all goods and process paperwork accordingly
• Prepare and ship orders and pick and pull items
• Provide transportation rate quotes for all departments at Rhino
• Status and process sales orders accordingly
• Assist with sample orders as needed
• Communicate with logistics companies via phone and email
• All other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:

• Degree or some college preferred, High school diploma or equivalent acceptable
• Ability to communicate very clearly both verbal and written
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Forklift Certified or ability to become Forklift Certified a must

No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Entry level position and requires supervision and direction
• Ability to utilize shipping software via computer
• Must have forklift experience
• Maintain good communication with logistics companies via phone and email
• Good computer skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Experience using Microsoft suite (outlook, excel, word)
• Must work safely and be aware of safety hazards
• Willingness to learn
• Willingness to learn
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. routinely up to 80 lbs. on occasion
