Responsibilities:
Recruit and interview candidates to match them with suitable positions.
Place qualified employees in temporary, temporary-to-permanent, and permanent roles.
Manage client accounts, ensuring their staffing needs are met while providing exceptional customer service.
Oversee various projects related to staffing and client relations.
Maintain open communication with clients and candidates, demonstrating a kind and respectful attitude.
Utilize exceptional computer skills for various tasks including record keeping and communication.
Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating urgency and efficiency in all duties.
Exhibit an energetic and positive demeanor while working independently and as part of a team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is highly preferred.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Drive) is preferred.
