-Provide guidance and assistance with Open Enrollment tasks-Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS -Assist employees regarding benefits claim issues and/or benefit plan changes (leave, medical, personal, disability and FMLA)-Assist employees with carrier feed files and process employee qualifying event/life status changes-Administer employee leave administration and ensure that associated payroll processes are completed-Participate in administrative staff meetings, attends other meetings and seminars-Maintain employee confidence by keeping all information confidential -Assist with compliance directives regarding federal and state regulations related to employment and business practicesAdditional tasks aligned: -Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing employee benefit data and trends -Assist with new-hire orientations and internal periodic Total Rewards audits-Participate in benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, reviewing invoices for payment, and monthly reconciliations-Track and monitor employee non-work-related injuries as well as guide the interactive process-Track ACA compliance requirements including 1095 accuracy and preparation-Effectively interpret FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities-Conduct job evaluation and review of new and/or existing roles. Partner with HR and management to gather information and communicate results -Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals-Maintain HRIS benefit records and compiles reports from database

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field of study-Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience-Broad knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws-Proficient HRIS background, Assist HR team members with additional team duties-Efficient in Excel-Required to attend assigned client group meetings and participate in business related projects -Ability to assist employees in different time zones (MST, CST, EST)
