Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is seeking multiple highly motivated and experienced Outbound Call Center Representatives to join a local Vermont team in an onsite temporary, full-time position during the month of September. This role is crucial in supporting Human Resources (HR) operations by making high-volume outbound calls to obtain necessary documents and information. Responsibilities:
-Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to communicate with external customers.
-Skillfully navigate conversations to obtain required documents and information.
-Accurately obtain, scan, and upload documents into our healthcare portal.
-Identify and escalate complex or difficult calls to a supervisor for assistance when necessary.
-Maintain meticulous records of all calls and interactions within our system.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to handle difficult or sensitive conversations with professionalism and resilience.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in a high-volume call center environment.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in MS Teams and other collaborative software.
-Experience with document scanning, uploading, and data entry.
-Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to the full duration of the temporary assignment (September 2025).
