As a Test Collection Specialist, your main responsibility will be to perform sample collections while ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and safely. This involves:
Handling Collections: Following established protocols for sample collection, including preparing equipment and verifying patient identity.
Providing Excellent Patient Care: Interacting with patients in a professional and compassionate manner, answering their questions, and making them feel comfortable.
Following Safety Protocols: Adhering strictly to all safety and hygiene standards to maintain a sterile and safe environment for everyone.
Managing Documentation: Accurately completing all necessary paperwork and maintaining detailed records.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Willingness to be trained and certified as a DOT drug test collector.
Previous administrative experience is a plus.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
