The Tool Crib Attendant is responsible for managing and maintaining the tool crib, including
issuing tools, material, hardware, and consumable equipment, keeping accurate records, and
ensuring proper storage. The Tool Crib Attendant is also responsible for receiving packages and
adding in-house and customer parts into inventory and maintaining accurate stock quantities.

Responsibilities:
Count and receive into ERP hardware and materials delivered each day
Issue hardware and consumables from the crib each day and adjust inventory in ERP
Cycle count stock items weekly and communicate with buyer on needs
Adjust inventory in ERP each morning from material requisition forms left from night
shift
Pull and restock manufacturing department inventory supply cabinets
Ensure the tool crib is kept secure at all times
Maintain accurate inventory of all crib items
Assist in Purchasing and Inventory departments as needed
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Tool crib experience a plus
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Reasoning: ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form; deal with problems involving several
concrete variables in or from standardized situations
Mathematical: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure using
whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute ratio, rate, and
percent; ability to read and interpret metal rule, calipers, and micrometers
Language: good command of the English language, both written and verbal
Must be able to read and interpret documents
Regularly required to lift/carry 20 to 40 pounds occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds
frequently
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and reach, stand and walk, push or pull objects up to 40 pounds
