-Recruit, evaluate, and approve commercial and food vendors to ensure quality, diversity, and alignment with the organization's audience-Draft, distribute, and manage booth rental agreements-Verify that all vendors comply with insurance, licensing, and regulatory requirements-Strategically map indoor and outdoor vendor booth locations to maximize traffic flow and accessibility-Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient setup and teardown operations-Process booth rental payments and maintain accurate records of vendor accounts-Track outstanding receivables and manage collection efforts-Calculate and collect percentage-based fees from vendors, as applicable-Attend trade shows, vendor fairs, and professional development seminars as needed-Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in event and vendor management-Provide year-round assistance with office operations, including customer service, ticket sales, database entry, and accounting support-Contribute to promotional efforts and assist with special projects as assigned
