We're seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate for a direct hire opportunity with a respected manufacturer in Two Harbors, MN. In this role, you'll be responsible for unloading, unboxing, delivering, and organizing materials throughout the facility. You'll play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production flow, and helping ensure a clean, efficient work environment.
Working Hours: Tuesday - Friday; 10-hour shifts (long weekends off!)

Responsibilities:
- Unload and inspect incoming shipments; label and store items in designated areas
- Deliver production materials and supplies to appropriate departments
- Perform cycle counts of core components weekly
- Maintain inventory levels and point-of-use stocking
- Accurately enter data into the inventory/receiving system
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse and shop areas
- Operate forklifts and other equipment in compliance with certification
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in warehouse processes
- Assist with general labor and unskilled plant duties as needed
- Develop and support visual trigger systems for reordering parts
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Lean, JIT, or Six Sigma knowledge a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and materials handling
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
- Willingness to travel occasionally if needed
- Must be able to pass forklift certification
