Has knowledge of inventoryscanning and understands transporting and storage of materials.-Read, understand and execute work instructions, orders to produce, product specifications,winder instructions and quality management system support.-Responsible for quality control of production including but not limited to inspecting, quality andreporting non-conforming materials. Perform quality checks, workmanship audits, productinspections, and work instructions to meet specifications as required.-Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance, as assigned.-Participate in the training of all crew members.- Conduct Performance Reviews of crew members.- This position is required to cross train and assist in operations of all machines.- Assign tasks to team members and manage the flow of day-to-day operations.-Create and distribute reports to update the company on the team?s progress.-Must perform basic mechanical and maintenance.-Perform basic electrical tasks on machinery/equipment (reset drives only if necessary, etc.)-Must be willing and able to rotate among machines and perform other duties as assigned.-Lock out/tag out machinery/equipment and verify ZES to ensure safety and prevent accidents andinjuries.- Review PM sheets to identify PM priorities and schedules.-Communicate frequently with mechanical and electrical technicians and other technical operatorsto avoid machinery, electrical or equipment issues and problems.
