This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how products work, takes ownership of processes, and can balance technical "under-the-hood" work with professional communication.
Responsibilities:
- Test mechanical and electrical components to determine failure modes and document results with precision
- Manage the full lifecycle of manufacturer warranty claims, product logistics, and customer credits
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for warranty inquiries and keep customers updated via professional communication
- Partner closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve internal and external issues using ERP systems
- Support related projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
- Experience managing warranty claims in an automotive or manufacturing environment (highly preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to learn and maintain working knowledge of specialized industrial and automotive components
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments
