Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of web printing presses alongside the Press Operator. Ensure high-quality output, reduce downtime and waste, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

- Set up and operate printing presses according to job specifications- Interpret job tickets, layout sheets, and color standards- Adjust ink/water balance and register color accuracy- Perform quality checks using proofs, trims, and artwork- Maintain web tension and assist with press adjustments- Conduct basic maintenance and keep equipment clean- Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations- Support the press crew with wash-ups, restarts, and downtime tasks
1-4 years
- 1-3+ years of experience operating multicolor web presses preferred
