What You'll Do
- Conduct highly accurate in-home field measurements for replacement windows and doors.
- Evaluate existing structural conditions to determine the best custom replacement solutions.
- Identify potential installation challenges early and adjust project plans accordingly.
- Present tailored options and confidently guide homeowners through the replacement process.
- Prepare and present accurate, detailed, and competitive project quotes.
- Double-check and ensure the complete accuracy of all product selections prior to ordering.
- Collaborate closely with the internal installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Marvin Windows & Doors is required.
- Proven background in construction, remodeling, or carpentry.
- Strong hands-on experience measuring and estimating replacement windows and doors.
- Solid understanding of various types of window installations and building envelopes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, structural specs, and installation details.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail: you understand that measurement accuracy directly impacts installation success.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide a professional, white-glove experience to homeowners.
- Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record (eligible to drive a company vehicle).
