How often would I get paid?
Spherion pays its employees weekly on Fridays. If a federal holiday falls on a Friday, employees are paid the day before.

Spherion Staffing recruits candidates for a wide variety of roles from entry-level to senior management. We also fill temp, temp-to-perm, and permanent positions (direct hire).
How quickly can you respond to urgent staffing needs or seasonal peaks?
We maintain an active "Ready-to-Work" network of pre-qualified candidates. Because we are locally based, we can often mobilize talent in real-time. For large-scale needs, we offer on-premise staffing solutions where a dedicated Spherion manager works at your facility to manage high-volume shifts and ensure 100% fill rates.
Spherion franchisees are independent business people and are not employed by Spherion Staffing, LLC (“Spherion”) or any of its affiliates. Thus, each franchisee and each franchise location is unique and the franchisee alone is responsible for all employment matters in their location(s), including the terms and conditions of employment for their employees, such as pay rate, hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing and scheduling.
